My Journey
Growing up in Japan, I always carried a bohemian spirit. From the age of 17, I began travelling, immersing myself in different cultures and learning new languages. These experiences shaped my belief that true wealth is found in experience of life itself.
Dance and Connection
Hula is an important part of my life. Meeting Anna Carbonell of Aloha Hula NSW in Mullumbimby opened a new chapter for me. From my first dance with her, I felt a deep connection—and I have kept dancing ever since.
For me, Hula is a spiritual practice and a way to connect with nature, movement and the spirit of Aloha. I love sharing that experience with others. Welcome for new student please enquiry a trial class by email.
Yoga and Well-being
“Not too much, not too little, but the centre.”
My yoga journey has been shaped by teachers including Rachel Zinman, Rachel Van-Reek and Sarah Powers. Their guidance helped me explore the relationship between a nurtured heart, a respected body and a peaceful mind.
These experiences continue to inform how I support others in finding their own centre.
